Rose Conti is a multidisciplinary artist and creative based in South East London.

With a keen interest in pop culture and a keener eye for detail, I am always open to learning new skills and working as part of a team to create memorable and engaging material, from conception through to late-stage development.

Work

I have a wide range of creative, ranging from music to drawing and design, as well as being highly qualified in technical translation and game localisation.

See below for examples of my character design, illustration and music work, as well as my professional and academic work translating and localising video games. For my CV and other skills, please head to my LinkedIn, or scroll to the bottom of the page for a summary.

CV

In my academic career, I graduated my MA in Translation with a distinction, using the dissertation to complete a video game localisation project (see above), as well as completing subtitling work for TED and examining and analysing subtitling vs dubbing in feature length films. I also hold qualifications in both Italian and Japanese, and am currently completing training in C++.

My work experience is varied, and I have shown great aptitude in a variety of environments ranging from retail to product design, customer service to website management and admin. In my free time I have also gained experience in social media marketing and live music and theatre performance.

As of 2024 I have been dedicating time to developing skills in game development and art, while I pursue work in game localisation, and am currently working on an indie game project when I have the time!

I am open to onsite work (location depending), hybrid work or remote positions.
